20 MICRONS
supplies the pulp, paper and board industry with talc for
use as a coating pigment in both rotogravure and offset and
as a pitch control agent.
In both uncoated
and coated rotogravure papers, talc improves printability
as well as reducing the surface friction which gives substantial
improvements in productivity at the paper mill and print house.
20 MICRONS talc's special properties can
give improvement in mattness, and reduction in ink scuff in
offset papers.
Used as pitch
control agents, 20 MICRONS Talc "clean" the process
by enveloping the sticky particles, thereby preventing their
agglomeration and deposition.
In specialty
papers, such as colored papers, labels, etc, 20 MICRONS Talc's
special properties help to improve quality and productivity.
