PVC STABILIZER

POLSTAB CT 310 is one pack heat stabilizer for PVC application.

This stabilizer is specialized multifunctional, multipurpose, highly efficient new PVC stabilizer with slice shape made by adopting chemical synthesis and special composite technology and integrating heat stabilizer, antioxidants, internal and external lubricants and other additives.

It has excellent heat stability with better lubrication properties.
Applications :
Rigid PVC pipe for water supply
U-PVC profiles for doors & windows
PVC extruded sheet and PVC laminated sheet
PVC roofing and carpeting
Advantages :
Improving gelation of pvc.
Reducing fusing time, increasing productivity and decreasing processing temperature.
Improving the process ability and the surface quality of the product.
Better dispersion of additive in PVC. More homogeneous melt of pvc etc.
